I was onsite at the Fujitsu headquarters in Dallas, TX and
was responsible for reviewing and processing all of
Aerotek's invoices. I helped to collect several hundreds
of thousands of dollars in outstanding bills owed to
Aerotek. During my time in Dallas I also began assisting
one of the divisional Vice Presidents and began handling
coordination of divisional sales meetings three times per
year (arranged airfare and hotel accommodations for 300
plus attendees).
Note: The Vice President that I began assisting was
relocated back to Baltimore, MD and I was relocated with
him.

Responsible for receiving sales reports via email for 180
salespeople and maintaining a database for all sales and
recruiting personnel for the Telecommunications division.
Assist all sales and recruiting personnel when necessary.
Maintain graphs for all Telecommunications offices as well
as each individual salesperson on a weekly basis for use by
the VP, Director of National Operations, National Account
Managers and Director's of Regional Operations. Maintain
graphs for each National account for each National Account
Manager on a weekly basis. Maintain files for each
salesperson for sales reports as well as maintain the sales
reports on the network drive for future use. Compiled
various reports on a weekly basis for the VP and Director
of National Operations to be kept in a binder. Maintained
organizational charts for the divisional
structure in VISIO, worked with the marketing department to
complete proposals for potential clients and presentations
for the divisional and national sales meetings. Make
travel and hotel arrangements for the VP, Director and
National Account Managers when necessary. Coordinate sales
meetings for the Telecommunications division twice a year.
Coordinate with the meeting planners and Travel
Destinations with any information necessary regarding the
Telecommunications division for the Company's National
