Provided dedicated support to Senior Vice President of Liquid Products and

Vice President of Sales, acted as the Vice President of Liquid Products

first line of contact for his direct reports as well as customers. Oversaw

all administrative functions, prioritized projects, created and tracked

project developments.

. Maintained Senior Vice President's daily schedule and calendar including

planning/scheduling requested meetings and appointments. Reviewed,

prioritized and followed-up on emails and regular mail. Responsible for

expense reports as well as paying corporate accounts in a timely manner.

Also responsible for daily preparation each morning (quick outline of the

current day).

. Participated in senior level meetings, daily/weekly team meetings along

with customer meetings. Compiled and composed meeting minutes as

necessitated.

. Coordinated and set up high level conference calls, board and management

meetings, special events and travel arrangements for top executives and

customers.

. Designed and maintained several project management, tracking, KPI and

Dashboard systems to strengthen operational infrastructure that resulted

knowledge of current prism software and excel.

. Responsible for periodic receptionist phone coverage (approximately twice

monthly).

. Acted as Vice Chairperson for the Conyers, Georgia Division of the Golden

State Foods Foundation. A non-profit organization to help children and

families in need in the local areas with Golden State Foods associates

live and work by both monetary and personal time contributions. The
