Estimator, Granite Construction Co. Inc., Sacramento, CA 1997-2010

General estimator responsible for preparing estimates on public & private

civil engineering projects up to $9,000,000 which included: paving,

grading, underground, concrete, road reconstruction, site development,

infrastructure, and sitework projects.

Project Manager/Estimator, Cameron Park Airport District, Cameron Park, CA

2009-2010 Granite's PM for a $1,200,000 project to rehabilitate ten

residential roadways and provide drainage improvements. Responsible for

project estimates from conception to completion. Managed subs and crews,

dealt with engineers, owners & and public agency staff. Provided field

supervision, product procurement, submittals, RFIs and change-order

negotiations.

Project Manager/Estimator, Intel Corp. New Parking Lot / Sitework

Construction, Folsom, CA 2006-2008 Granite Construction Grading,

underground infrastructure work, concrete & asphalt paving for this

$800,000 project. Managed subs and crews, worked with engineers & owner's

representative. Provided field supervision, product procurement,

Project Manager/Estimator, Foothill Raw Water Pump Station, Auburn, CA 2005-

2006 Granite's PM for this $700,000 grading, concrete & paving project

performed for the Placer County Water Agency.

Project Manager/Estimator, Woodland CNG Bus Facility, Woodland, CA 2003-

2004 Granite's PM for the $200,000 project which included grading,

drainage, concrete and paving for the City of Woodland Public Bus Station.

Project Manager/Estimator, Fruitridge Road Sewer Rehabilitation Project,

Sacramento, CA 2001-2002 Granite's PM for a $1.1 million project to

resurface and refinish approximately 4 miles of road surface. This road

reconstruction project called for the repair of damaged road sections and

the installation of an asphalt/concrete overlay. Responsible for schedule,

product procurement, RFI's and change-order negotiations. Also managed

subs, reviewed and approved pay requests.

Asphalt Paving/Reconstruction Projects. Managed the office and field crews

providing asphalt paving and sealcoating operations. Estimated projects,

to equipment and operations.

Project Manager, Martech Environmental, Jet Fuel Line Installations,

Edwards Air Force Base, Lancaster, CA 1991-1992 $10 million jet fuel line

installation at Edwards Air Force Base. Performed all product purchasing,
