Supported civil servant and contracts as part of NASA's $861M eight-year

Program to implement a single integrated business solution across 10

separate NASA locations. The Program and its eleven Projects are

heads. Responsible for reviewing all incoming time sensitive

communication, including emails, to ensure priority items are acted upon

in a timely and professional manner. Liaison with executive's direct

reports, and other senior executives as required. Manage heavy calendar,

email, phones and travel scheduling. Organize programs, events, meetings

or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information

Prepare executives expense reports, reconcile corporate credit card

Data Support

Administrative assistant for the Business Information Dept responsible
