an associated 30% reduction in Warranty costs in a 12-month

period, (2003-4).

. Implemented Kaizen and Lean Management practices reducing

internal component variation scrap by nearly 40% in 2002.

This improvement allowed a reduction of inventory levels by

over 75% in 2 years at a cost savings of more than $500K on

WIP materials

. Established incoming material auditing procedures and

systems to track and score suppliers over time. The

program was used to reduce the total number of suppliers

while verifying that the others performed as expected.

. Designed and implemented the Quality System for a new

240,000 sq. ft assembly site in Virginia including staffing

and training functions, (2005)
