inspection periodically to ensure that all Federal and CSX requirements are

being met by Track Inspectors. Ensure that any defects found by geometry

cars and rail test cars are corrected by proper remedial action, within

expert in AA&E physical security; provides authoritative guidance and

assistance to NDW region, on policies, procedures, and program management.

Provides continual evaluation of AA&E physical security operations and

procedures throughout the region. Provides management oversight and

objective assessments of AA&E physical security programs and policies.

Oversees AA&E physical security education and training throughout region.

Manages procedures for safe handling, storage, issue, receipt, expenditure,

and transportation of high explosive munitions. Analyzes trends and

determines corrective actions.

Subject matter expert in range operations; provides authoritative

guidance and assistance to firearms instructors within the region on

policies, procedures, and program management. Administers program for

interviewing, evaluating, assigning, and managing Naval District

Washington's high-risk Firearms training personnel. Manages indoor range

at Anacostia Annex. Plans, organizes, implements, and controls work

procedures, activities, and budgets in the maintenance, repair, and

nations capital, expended at Anacostia Annex range. Maintains regional

accountability and life expectancy tracking of over 1800 weapons. Manages

22 satellite ammunition accounts within the region, tracking non-combat

expenditure allowance and mission load allowances for NDW Public Safety

Naval Security Forces and Auxiliary Security Forces. Advisor to the Chief
