JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND DUTIES:
SUPPLY TECHNICIAN: TEXAS ARMY NATIONAL GUARD 2009-PRESENT
. Class III (fuel) and Class VIII(medical) commodity
manager at USPFO (United States Property and Fiscal
Office for Texas) level.
. Worked the SAMS and SARSS 2 Army systems program and
database.
. Issue and Receive Class III fuel cards to units at USPFO
level.
. Issue, Receive and store Class VIII medical supplies.
. Maintain DA Form 1687's and Assumption of Command
letters for all Texas Army National Guard Units.
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER: CO B 1/114TH S&S AV 2008-PRESENT
. Identify user's tools, parts and equipment and
requisitions stock.
. Recommend possible substitute or interchangeable items.
. Set up shifts and maintain storage locations.
. Determine methods of storage, identification and stock
locations.
. Compile records concerned with quantity cost, and type
of material received, stored, and issued for jobs.
. Trace part number or type number to identify equipment/
item manufacturer.

. Processing parts for a multi class warehouse to
distribute out to military and civilian units
. Receives, stores, issues, ships and inspects equipment
and supplies.
. Inventories equipment for shelf life and accountability
according to the safety and fire regulations.
. Processes parts using scanners to identify the accuracy
of what is being inputted into the database system.
. Operates the forklift to move parts and equipment in and
out of the warehouse.
. Report all zero balance lines so that the system may
replenishment it.
. Ensure that sensitive items are maintained under lock
and key with a sign in and out roster for authorized
personnel only.
. Ensure that the warehouse has proper markings so that
parts are visible and accessible at all times. Processed
manual and automated records and was responsible for POL
products distributed within the battalion.
. Receives parts and distributed though out platoons for
repairs needed on vehicles.
. Processes MRO's that were due-ins and due-outs for
customers.
. Orders parts that were either command regulated or
direct support parts.
. Performs preventive maintenance on vehicles and
equipment.
. Processes inventory, warehousing and surveyed documents.
. Performs prescribed load list and shop stock duties
through manual and automated supply applications.
. Prepares, establishes and maintains stock records and
documents such as inventory, material control,
accounting and supply reports.
. Establishes and maintains automated and manual
accounting records, post receipts and turn-ins.
. Performs due-ins and due-outs, accounting, corrected
error and exception documents.
. Reviews and verifies shipments received and shipped
against lading, contracts, purchase request and shipping
documents.
. Unload, unpack, counts, segregates, palletize and visual
inspect supplies.
. Maintains stock locator system and administered document
control procedures.
. Pack, crates, stencils, weighs and band supplies and
equipment.
. Process request and turn-ins documents at direct level
through warehousing level.
. Annotates shipping documents, distributed field rations
and operated material handling equipment.
. Performs sales functions in self-service supply
warehouse.
. Supervise four (4) personnel in getting trained in all
areas of motor pool and warehouse level logistics.
. Supervise Four (4) personnel in getting trained in all
areas of SARSS warehousing system.
. Worked the SAMS and SARSS Army systems program and
