Work History/Experience
Wackadoo's Grub & Brew - Server (2006-2008)
A customer service position in the field of food and beverage,
responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders, imputing
orders, and providing swift and accurate "service with a smile".
Universal Studios Orlando - Performer (2006-Present)
Performing in Seasonal events such as Halloween Horror Nights and The
Macy's Holiday Parade. With The Macy's Holiday parade there is a heavy
focus on child-performer interaction. Playing games, having conversations,
and conducting activities with young park guests and their parents prior to
the parade performance.
The Walt Disney Company - Character Attendant (2010-Present)
Responsible for keeping Disney characters and performances on
schedule, maintaining a structured and secure guest/character interaction,
interacting with small children and their parents, and presenting a
positive and approachable appearance. In addition to the above Character
Attendants also interact with numerous special needs children every day.
Personal History/Experience
I am a graduate from The University of Central Florida. I hold a
Bachelors Degree in Theatre Studies with a Minor in English: Writing.
Although my main focus of study was in an unrelated field, I have a passion
for Human Resources. With my experiences as a Theatre student I have
encountered certain skills, such as the strong ability to relate to others,
which have molded me into an outgoing and very caring individual. With my
work experience in Central Florida's premiere Theme Parks, I have been
faced with numerous Customer Service and Guest Relations situations. My co-
workers have identified me as a "go-to-girl" when situations concerning
guest relations occur. I enjoy problem solving, and working as a team, and
would like to further my career towards the path of Human Resources.
