Manage IT infrastructure for the Dynamics GP business platform for the
world's largest self-publishing company comprised of 18 firms, 4 of them
international. Responsible for core financials, purchasing and supply
chain management, budgeting, consolidated financial reporting
requirements, website integration, and 3rd party MICR, intercompany
processing, SharePoint, revenue/expense deferrals, royalties and
commissions, dashboard reports, and SQL Reporting Services reports.
Part of management team tasked with gathering corporate and departmental
needs in order to review their business processes, determine their
information needs and provide them with timely reporting tools to meet
those requirements. Responsible for reviewing current business processes,
redesigning and streamlining them, and making the firm more operationally
efficient and effective.

Directed a team of regional staff resources and Microsoft Dynamics
projects throughout the U.S. for a $350 million consulting firm in
developing strategy and planning market opportunity within the region

outlining recommendations, RFI's, and RFP's solutions, and project
strategies.
Created SOW's guiding implementation staff on time schedules,
