PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I am an Office Manager with diversified customer service experience,
coupled with a background in business administration. I am adept at a
variety of duties that are a necessary part of the day-to-day operations of
a short line railroad, as well as in other businesses. While working as a
temporary employee I learned to be flexible in dealing with a continually
changing venue of co-workers and companies, while handling various work
requirements and quickly adopting to varying business methods. I am a team
player with a "can-do" attitude and results-oriented, while keeping all
work current and organized. I function in a friendly, cooperative, and
professional manner with co-workers, employees, management, customers and
vendors. Customer Service and courtesy are, in my belief, important tools.
I have a near-perfect attendance and safety record, and I have often
accepted the call for overtime work and extra weekend days whenever
required.
