through three Chinese manufacturing facilities, dozens of subcontracted

Chinese manufacturers covering a wide range of castings, forgings,

stampings, powdered metal, machined and plastic injection molded parts.

International Business Development Consultant, 2008-present

Report to the President and CEO. Work as an independent contractor to

develop business globally.

VP of Operations, Shanghai China, 2007-2008

Lived in Shanghai, China. Reported to the President and CEO. Managed the

Shanghai office staff of 65 engineers, product line managers, quality and
