Managed exploration projects and supervised drilling activities for
geothermal, gold, base metal and uranium. Logged drilling data and
filed mining claims. Analyzed photogeology, geochemistry, and
geophysics for mineral, and petroleum deposition. Mapped geology and
developed cross sections from borehole, surface geology,
geochemical, and geophysical data. Underground geological mapping.
Carried out research with archival and computerized data from the
Internet. Processed computerized images from Landsat data. Compiled
research data for a study of the petroleum resources of the Great
Basin of the western United States in order to locate new
exploration targets. Organized Federal bid submittals for a small
engineering firm, as a subcontractor. Applied remote sensing data to
mineral and oil exploration, and environmental assessments.
Delineated a continuation of the ore body of the historic Boss Tweed
Mine, southwestern Montana.
Presented National Automobile Association safety and driver's
education classes to a fleet of taxi drivers and assisted in
accident investigations.
