KEY LEGAL EXPERIENCE
I was a solo Attorney for eighteen years representing clients in both
civil and criminal litigation, as well as providing representation to the
indigent pursuant to contract with the Kentucky Department of Public
Advocacy.
I provided representation to clients by investigating, researching,
factual basis of cases to prepare for trial. Presented cases to juries,
conducted hearings, and provided representation in administrative
proceedings. Interpreted and applied laws, court decisions and other legal
authorities for use in preparation of cases, appeals and briefs. I
negotiated plea agreements with prosecuting counsel in district and circuit
courts. My other experience includes:
