April 2010 – July 31, 2010 (Temporary Assignment)
Responsible for keying the necessary data to code the respondent’s information in the US Census
Bureau’s internal mapping system. Call customers to verify their address and make corrections
when necessary. I worked on digitizing maps within an internal data base for future census
operations. Processed forms that were scanned into an internal system, NRFU Marcs, reviewing
the Census forms that were sent in by the enumerators. I determine if they are a match based on
the information sent in from the original interview and re-interviews.
Empire Wholesale Lumber Company
January 2007 – February 2010: Administrative Assistant
Answered phones, typed PO’s into AS 400 system, updated daily spreadsheets for reporting
purposes. Assisted sales team with documentation via Word, Excel and Outlook. Called various
trucking companies to dispatch trucks for delivery of lumber.

September 2006 – January 2007: Typesetting and Customer Service Assistant
Typeset electronic work orders from customers via Quark Express. Contacted customers regarding
their label orders when there were discrepancies.
D & W Silks Inc.
August 2005 – March 2006: Billing Coordinator and Accounts Receivable
Responsible for calling all customers as they appeared on the aged receivables report on a daily
basis. Keyed all data necessary for invoicing purposes in MAS 90. Maintained several excel
spreadsheets in regards to both billing and receivable information. Answered incoming customer
service calls.
NPC – National Processing Company
February 1992 – January 2001 – Client Services Supervisor
Responsible for supervising nine Client Service Representatives, handling all escalated issues
brought to my attention when handling their assigned sales offices. Monitored daily and monthly
statistics for all incoming phone calls as well as incoming faxes to insure prompt service to our sales
offices. Submitted daily and monthly reporting to Senior Management. Communicated and
worked directly with Sales Administration on issues from our sales offices regarding pricing, bank
referrals and any other issues that Sales Administration needed to be informed on a daily basis.
Responsible for faxing memorandums to our sales offices about any product updates, computer
“downtime” and any other issues which needed immediate notification. Responsible for
performance evaluations for all of the Client Representatives on a monthly basis in the form of
“coaching sessions”. Responsible for managing a major bank relationship for credit and residual
issues. I was the liaison between NPC and this particular bank for updates on new product
information. Managed and allocated my time to the Client Representatives when needed as well as
any other duties or projects that my manager assigned to me.
Financial Dominion Inc.
March 1990 – February 1992: Credit Analyst/Credit Representative
Responsible for credit review and approval process on all incoming Visa/MasterCard merchant
applications submitted from our Independent Sales Organizations. Also responsible for weekly and
monthly reporting on the status of all incoming applications. Daily contact with all sales channels
to
relay credit decisions and act upon any outstanding credit issues. Handled all compliance issues in
regards to the Visa/MasterCard registration forms and fees for all Independent Sales
Organizations. Financial Dominion was acquired by NPC in 1992.
Bank of Louisville
May 1980 – January 1990: Merchant Account Representative
Managed a merchant portfolio of approximately 300 merchants including incoming calls,
maintenance to existing merchant accounts and on site terminal installations. Managed the
relationships with various vendors including American Express and Discover. This was my position
at Bank of Louisville for the last 4 years I was there. Before this position, I worked in the Loan
Services Department and handled various duties such as calculating loan payoffs, processing loan
payments and monitoring various reporting on a daily basis.
***I have worked part time jobs in retail over the past few years at Blockbuster, Kohls and and
Dick’s Sporting Goods. I am currently working part time at K-Mart in the evenings and weekends
for additional income.
