SUMMARY

. Turnaround, Operations and Maintenance Management: Provide direction

and oversight to material and equipment buyers and ensuring that

material requisitions/purchase orders are properly processed with

approved suppliers. Responsible for providing oversight to material

management specialists involved in logistic, services, chemical and

catalyst movements. Conduct quality control of materials entering the

plant related to turnarounds, operations and maintenance specific

equipment and services. Experience with Project Management. Solicits

and analyzes metallurgical applications with regard to material. The

execution of turnarounds/outages that range from $15 - $100 million

spend. Interaction and effective communication with team members,

contractors and suppliers.

. Operations and Materials Management: Extensive cross-functional

expertise in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. Analysis of

vendor supply base with regard to the automotive industry utilizing

the J.I.T. System. Completion of courses with regard to Quality

Internal Auditing as required by ISO 9002 (TQM) Management

Responsibility Element. Review bids, product proposals and contracts

with suppliers in the U.S. and internationally. Material Requirements

Planning (MRP) and MRO buying experience.

. Oversee and/or Supervise operations, quality, maintenance,

transportation, distribution, construction, production, engineering,

consultants, purchasing staff, materials management and contractors.

Liaison with contractors, management and supervision. Proven ability

to train, evaluate, motivate and lead large and successful teams of

. Logistics and Scheduling Management: Oversee and supervise shipments

production levels and product quality.

. Storage and Inventory: Maintain accurate and complete inventory

facilities for efficient access and retrieval; experience with
