Brought in for 5-month assignment. Coordinated and configured
installation of Operation systems, TCP/IP, NIS, NFS, DNS, backup &
recovery procedures, network connectivity and disaster recovery planning.
Performed duties in the areas of creating Project Charters, Initiating
Projects, Project Planning, Executing Projects, Control and Monitoring,
Project Deliverables/Closing the Project. Worked with various tools and
methodologies such as Bottom up and Top down approach, Waterfall,
SDLC/PLC, ROI, Project Cost Analysis, Grant and Pert Charts, Network
Diagrams, Project Scope, Project Management Plan, Risk Management, Triple
