. Actively lead a worldwide accounting staff of over 50 people, including

managers, MBAs and CPAs for complex multi-brand businesses.

. Oversee all accounting functions, including the general ledger,

invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections

and royalties accounting.

. Oversee the royalty accounting department which is responsible for

extracting key contract information and complex royalty calculations

based on a myriad of criteria for over 800 license contracts.

. Lead the SEC and financial reporting, including navigating through

complex international issues, foreign currency and world-wide

consolidation of financial statements, including 10 different entities of

synchronizing with external auditor's buy off on results.

sales, marketing, licensing, communications, investor relations,

planning, our warehouse distribution center and information technology

(IT).

. Regularly navigate through complex SEC reporting issues stemming from

multiple acquisitions.

. Designed and implemented a state-of-the-art JD Edwards software system

used company-wide, including roll-out to international subsidiaries,

which reduced month-end close by two-thirds form three weeks to one week.

JD Edwards is a fully integrated system including purchase orders, sales

order processing, inventory, invoicing, accounts payable, cash

application, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting

modules. Worked closely with IT and operations to address company and

user needs during implementation and major system upgrade.

. Implemented our Alliant royalty software to manage complex royalty

calculations and automate payments to key licensing partners which

include global children's entertainment giants such as Disney, Marvel,

Nickelodeon, World-Wrestling Entertainment, Pok mon and others. Alliant

enables more accurate and rapid reporting, thus reducing the royalty

reporting cycle by two-thirds.

. Worked closely with the IT department to set up intranet business

intelligence tools that allowed senior management to make quicker, more

effective decisions and thereby successfully adapt to changing market

conditions. Senior management was able to see real-time open orders,

inventory levels, and sales forecasts, which helped to make better

decisions on adjusting sales prices, granting sales allowances and

strategizing on moving inventory.
