Professional Experience

> Worked in contract assignments, primarily on major constructions

projects.

Traveled extensively, moving to wherever the project site was located,

frequently with just a few hours' or a few days' notice. Assignments

ranged from a few weeks to over 4years.

Handled human resources issues in both union and non-union

environments. All positions required the ability to communicate and

interact effectively with a wide range of people: project

superintendents, engineers, safety supervisors, accountants, and

Payroll

Coordinated with receivers to ensure that items received were

undamaged and matched items on purchase orders.

Audited invoices from suppliers, consultants, and contractors.

Researched and resolved discrepancies; approved invoices for payment.

Entered approved invoice information into computer and uploaded for

payment on SAP.

Tracked expenses; prepared and distributed month-end reports.

Performed bank reconciliations; balanced business checking accounts.
