OSCAR. Print OSCAR corresponding reports. Give student admit and tardy slips, when needed.

Input Attendance for staff in Marathon. Assist Attendance Officer and Community Counseling

representative with paperwork. Prepare outgoing mail for the Post Office. Distribute mail from

the District Pony Mail. Distribute school mail to appropriate mailboxes. Contact vendors when

problem occur. Ring the school bell for Fire and Tornado Drills and Exam Schedules. Keep a

typed summary and log of drills. Change bell schedule when necessary. File Discipline forms in

the appropriate file. Enroll and withdraw students, when the counselor is not present. Take notes

during meetings and submit a typed copy to the principal. Type tallied evaluation forms. Submit

electronic copies to the principal upon request. Create flyers for Parent, Teacher Organization

(PTO), Field Trips, and reminders for parents and students. Use ALERT ONE to contact parents

for any updates in correlation to the school. Create evaluation forms and sign in sheets for staff

development meetings.
