Laurel Mountain Wind Farm
(2009 to Present)
Pre-bid constructability analysis in value engineering for development &
final bid. Worked closely with geo-tech engineer for micrositing of turbine
layout. Supervised construction & layout of roads and compliance of SWPPP.
Worked closely with GE for layout of components and road grade
determination. Managed multiple crews on-site. Worked with Alagheny power
engineers on design & start of construction of substation for 172 KV power
lines. Negotiated site prep for WTG component off loading & erection of hub
assembly or single blade erection.
Panther Creek Wind Farm II
(2008-2009)
Supervised the layout & installation of rebar per engineer spec for WTG
foundations. Worked closely with batch plant on scheduling and on time
delivery of 1200-1400 yards of concrete per day. Supervision of placement of
3 phase power up to 9000-15000 feet per day. Low voltage termination & OHMS
testing supervision of 96 sites. Managed multiple on-site crews. Worked with
GE engineers & site reps on low voltage termination & OHMS testing on the 96
turbine sites.
Panther Creek Wind I
(2007-2008)
Worked closely with pipeline company engineers for location & crossing
agreements. Supervision of layout & sub grade for 66 miles of road per TXDOT
specs. Effectively managed the backfilling & dry density compaction for 76
WTG sites. Supervised multiple crews. Generated substation of 76 turbines.

companies. Supervision of backfilling of wind turbine sites. Worked
effectively with Crane engineers on placement of crane pads, as well as

Responsible for overseeing development of several residential & commercial
projects. Including a 250 lot development with 3 original designed sewer
pumping stations. Effectively scheduled, monitored and inspected all work
from approval of plat to completion of development. Work closely with
subcontractors, engineers, inspectors & all local municipalities.

Responsible for general bids to take offs for the entire operation. Working
closely with engineers and inspectors on designing of homes. General
contractor for small scale commercial products.
TP Backhoe & excavation (Jackson, TN) - General Foreman, 1/01 to 1/03
Responsible for overseeing day to day activities of multiple crews
remodeling of production lines at arsenal ammunition plant. Built new
facilities for the production line to be housed. Installation of new control
equipment for production line. Managed crews in excavation, low voltage
cable installation per engineer specs.

Managed multiple crews in the earth work & general construction & remodeling
