PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Facilities Manager-(2008-current)- Deide Property Management, Lodi CA

This position requires many skills. Daily bookkeeping and collection of

rents and fees. Show units and rent units.

Perform all maintenance on the property. Perform marketing to the public.

Large Equipment Dispatcher and Coordinator - (2004-2008) ~ Bobcat Central,

Stockton, CA

A position that requires organization and coordination of multiple

employees that is available to meet the needs of multiple customers.

Responsibilities and duties include: organize numerous service calls over a

200 mile service area; explain in a clear and concise manner work performed

and repair charges; coordinate the needs of customers, technicians and

services advisors; schedule appointments; excellent telephone and in person
