quality manufacturing facility to help improve productivity and quality.
Continue to gain experiences and wisdom from others that have these
qualities.
QUALIFICATIONS
My most recent experiences were as a Supervisor for a CNC Machine Shop
where I was responsible for seven direct reports. As supervisor, I was
responsible for maintaining a supply of tooling and material to support
electro-mechanical assemblies. Maintained a database for customer supply on
hand. Worked with customers to solve issues and ensure supply for demand.
Created methods for quoting custom machined parts and supply our customers
with product updates along with status of orders.

2006-June 2010 Supervisor, Northlake Precision,
Inc.
As supervisor, I was responsible for maintaining all tooling and shop
supplies for a CNC machine shop. Packaged all parts for shipment or
delivery to customers. Performed the Conventional machining required for
customers or internal fixtures when required. Help maintain 8 CNC machines
and coordinated repairs when needed. Worked with customers to ensure
product conformance and engineering requirements. Quoted cost and lead time
for detail parts from engineering drawings and specifications for
customers.

Input/Output, Inc.
As Senior Buyer, I purchased most of the mechanical part requirements and
electronic components for electro-mechanical assemblies. All were
engineered components requiring custom manufacturers to work from
mechanical drawings and comply with our internal specifications. I reported
to upper management our successes and problem components. Working with
engineering and Quality, helped to identify suppliers that would maintain
our supply requirements as well as our quality specifications. Initiated
and participated in supplier audits. Utilized ERP system for identifying
