Senior executive in a 60 bed acute care hospital system with over $100
Million in revenue, and 330 FTEs. Member of 4 person strategic
executive team. Responsible for Human Resources, Quality/Risk
Management, Medical Staff services, all hospital owned practices in
multiple locations, Hospitalist Services, Anesthesia services, and
Physician Recruitment. Scope covers 8 direct reports, 17 Physicians,
10 mid-level providers, and 95 front line staff.
Accomplishments:
. Developed management guidelines and appropriate education modules for
managers. Conducted training in groups and individually.
. Developed a pre-application screen process for potential candidates
based on the Disney process for People Management, and focusing on
expectations and service standards.
. Revised compensation policies as well as compensation committee
process and structure.
