1. Served as NRCS Wasco County program lead for federal conservation programs (EQIP & WHIP)
2. Coordinated conservation program activities including outreach, funding/contracting processes, accounting and reconciliation, project management, interpretation and compliance of pertinent laws, rules and regulations.
3. Initiated partnership development, collaboration and funding on conservation projects and proposals

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
1. Effective administration and outreach strategies for conservation programs resulted in progressively increased participation levels and funds allocation (Engineering practices quadrupled with substantial water savings predicted as a result).
2. Focused coordination with partner agencies successfully secured additional funding through OWEB and OR150 grants resulting in increased levels of conservation applied to high priority areas and enhanced partnerships
3. Focused efforts towards application, eligibility, and proposed conservation measures resulted in superior projects and conservation implementation that showcased conservation efforts for national review.
