systems. Network integration interfacing with Architects, Contractors,

distribution frame room as well as cable distribution frame room.

Responsibilities include all design, space requirements, vendor selection,

and contract negotiations as well as overall direction of contractors and

engineers. Project Budge $25M.

- Trading Floor

Scope - Design & Development of a new 525 position floor 75,000 S.F. New

electric service for the site includes total U.P.S. and redundancy for all

trading positions, generator back up totaling 3, and 1500 k.w. units.

Responsibilities also included vendor selection, remote site field tests,

design and total development from inception to going on line. Project

Management duties also included overall direction of all electrical trades

as well as consulting engineers for project. Project Budget $84M.

- Green Light Upgrade Program

Scope- Install Energy Efficient Lighting Fixtures in all Chase Manhattan

Bank Owned properties. Includes over 220 Branch locations in New York

City. Responsibilities include, budget for total project, vendor selection,

lighting design, contract negotiations with contractors and engineers, and

site monitoring. Project Budget $5.5M.

- Class 'E' Fire Alarm System - 1 CMP & 2 CMP

Scope- Install a new state of the art programmable Class 'E' system in 2.6

S.F. of occupied space. Responsibilities include Design & Development of

drawings and specifications, bidding of project, vendor selection, contract

negotiations, overall direction of all trades, and site monitoring.

Project Cost $5.5M.

- Facilities Upgrade Study

Scope- Identify all services within building structure (i.e. electric, gas,

water, steam, HVAC, BMS System. Create "as Built Conditions" to current

working drawings & specifications. Create a Master Plan for improvement of
