PlUMBLINE BUILDERS Production Manager (2004 2010)

At Plumbline builders, I managed up to 11 projects simultaneously. Some of the tasks were; e mailing

customers daily with an update on the project, site visits daily to oversee subcontractors, maintain deadlines and

initiate weekly budgeting meetings with the office to make sure costs are on track. My customer service skills

included forming relationships with vendors and subcontractors, as well as communicating with homeowners to

keep them up to date on change orders and problem solve any unforeseen circumstances.

NRG ENERGY Construction Manager (2000 2004)

NRG energy was a worldwide energy company. My duties included build outs of corporate office spaces and

power plant office spaces. I was in charge of interviewing general contractors, estimating and scheduling and

reviewing bids to determine who was accepted. I traveled worldwide to make sure that all office spaces were

consistent in appearance. Again, my customer service skills were necessary to relate between contactors, corporate

designers and executives.

I started working for Flannery Construction as a carpenter. I worked my way up to superintendent and then

eventually project manager. The projects varied from remodeling residential housing to subsidized housing and

commercial build outs. I gained valuable hands on experience at Flannery and still have strong relationships with

the subcontractors.

In support of Operation Desert Storm/Shield, I was a Crew Chief on a C130 in charge of all maintenance.

Plumbline Builders

At Plumbline, I was in charge of all residential remodeling projects ranging from $15,000 to $350,000. Projects included

bathroom and kitchen remodels and additions. I was with the company through over 150 projects. The majority were finished

on time with satisfied customers.

NRG energy

1) Remodeled NRG corporate head quarters on the 25th floor at the AT&T Tower. 20,000 square feet. High tech. trading

floor. The projects estimated cost of $3,000,000.

2) Remodeled NRG corporate head quarters on the 28th floor of the AT&T Tower. 15,000 square feet. Estimated cost

$750,000.

3) Remodeled NRG corporate office in Washington DC 5,000 square feet. Estimated cost was $450,000.

4) Remodeled NRG corporate office, 15,000 square feet in Willington Delaware. Estimated cost of this project was

$650,000.

5) Remodeled the Bunker One (off site) bomb shelter of 7,000 square feet. The estimate cost was $1,000,000.

6) Remodeled NRG corporate office in Chicago 7,000 square feet. Estimated cost was $350,000.

7) Remodeled NRG corporate head quarters on the 20th 24th floors at the AT&T Tower. This was a 100,000 square feet

project, at a cost of $7,000,000.

8) Remodeled NRG corporate office in Amsterdam Holland 3,000 square feet at an estimated cost of $250,000.

9) Remodeled NRG corporate office London England 7,000 square feet at an estimated cost of $250,000.

10) Remodeled the reception area at NRG corporate head quarters. Designed and installed Kiosk, fiber optic map, and a

video wall. This was an estimate $200,000 project.

Flannery Construction

11) Built the Vail Place Apartments, 8 unit apartment building from ground up. The estimated cost is $1,000,000.

12) Remodeled a 162 apartment building in Hopkins. Extracted old copper piping replaced with new piping. Estimate cost

$1,000,000.

13) Built a new activity center for the Polynesia Village Apartments. The estimate cost of this project was $200,000.

14) Moved and remodeled two East Side Development homes onto new foundation. The cost of this project was $300,000.

15) Built a six unit town home from ground up for $600,000.

16) Wayside Development Jersey apartments, renovated two eleven unit apartments.
