created standard operating procedures (SOP) for serialized database to
improve the integrity and accuracy of information for reporting data
to the FDA.
> Designed, developed and managed process for verifying every piece of
serialized equipment in the installed base. Required Service
Engineers to visually inspect each serialized component. Completed on
time for company requirements.
> Skillfully designed and implemented the FMI database that is still
