Assistant Superintendent

June 2009 – Present

CRG Lexington, LLC, Lexington, KY

Assistant Superintendent hired to oversee exterior finishes on 53 Town

home buildings for Lexington Housing Authority and HUD, estimated at

over $20 Million in both Phase IV and Phase V of the Bluegrass

Aspendale project. Responsible of scheduling and tracking

subcontractor performance in ensuring timely completion, material

ordering, receiving, managing inventory, and coordination of over 25

subcontractors and vendors/suppliers on a fast track project. Worked

directly with the Owner and Architect for approval and acceptance of

exterior finishes, conducted weekly progress meetings with

subcontractors, managers and superintendents to maintain schedule

adherence. Perform quality control and issued deficiency lists to

subcontractors, tracking to ensure all work punchlist work was performed

timely and completely.

Oct. 2004 – June 2009 Customer Care/Quality Assurance Manager

Water Intrusion Manager

Beazer Homes, Lexington KY

Hired as Water Intrusion Manager responsible for the successful

management and completion of remediation and repair of more than 145

single family residential homes in the Enclave at Beaumont subdivision,

with a project schedule deadline of less than three years. Worked

closely with third party Engineering and Environmental firms to help

identify and correct deficiencies while serving as a liaison between

homeowners, subcontractors, Beazer Home employees and attorneys.

Promoted to Customer Care Manager August 2006 to hire and train

qualified personnel to adequately staff Customer Care/Quality Assurance

Department for approximately 22 active Beazer Home communities in

the Lexington area consisting of between 20 and 370 homes per

community. Improved efficiency of Customer Care Department by

creating and implementing protocols to effectively manage, respond to

and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Continuously worked

with Construction Department to help identify and correct deficiencies

before they became issues with the Homeowners. Implemented and

managed Quality Assurance walks to verify completion and acceptance

of newly constructed homes. Coordinated with Sales and Construction

departments to schedule New Home Buyer Orientations with

homeowners. Issued weekly progress and production reports to

corporate management and reported weekly to Division President.

Estimator / Production Manager

2002 – 2004

Purofirst of Lexington, Lexington, KY

Responsibilities included scoping repairs due to fire and water damage

for an emergency disaster service company. Utilized Xactimate

estimating software for professional estimates submitted to insurance

companies for approval, drafted construction contracts for remedial work,

maintained numerous relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and

homeowners. Schedule and oversee work through subcontractors and

staff employees.

Assistant Manager – Recycling Center

maintaining working relationships with both employees and the general

public. Maintained shipping and receiving including monthly reports of
