impacted states.

. Organized and chaired a mid-level manager's ad hoc action committee

that established an electric cogeneration program, which saved the

company $525,000 annually.

. Researched, planned and completed the merger of brother/sister

companies. The merger strategically created a synergy that resulted in

sustained revenue growth with profitable margins in a highly

competitive and volatile industry.

. Converted a company to Internal Revenue Code Subchapter S filing

status. This enabled the substantial profits of the company to be

distributed to the shareholders without being taxed at the corporate

level.

. Increased inventory turnover within one year from 6 times sales to 8

times and cut inventory shrinkage by approximately 40%, which
