. Organized and chaired a mid-level manager's ad hoc action committee

that established an electric cogeneration program, which saved the

. Researched, planned and completed the merger of brother/sister

companies. The merger strategically created a synergy that resulted in

sustained revenue growth with profitable margins in a highly

competitive and volatile industry.

. Converted a company to Internal Revenue Code Subchapter S filing

status. This enabled the substantial profits of the company to be
