maintenance, for 500-megawatt pressurized light water power plant and

outlying buildings. Includes project estimating, planning,

coordination and follow-up.

* Review and assess project requests for maintenance of breakers, motor

controls, transformer, air handling units, and overhaul of 30/60-ton

chiller units.

Identify possible causes; isolate work areas; obtain appropriate permits,

engineering drawings and parts; determine and assign required human

resources.

Put project notification out for review to HVAC/Electrical Shop personnel,

Quality Control, Reactor Review, Engineering, Scheduling, and reactor

operators.

Assist Engineering in preparing 'work package' for technicians.

Use MS Project, Word, Excel, CMIS (database management), HOLD program (for

tracking isolated work areas), AutoCAD Lite and MS Paintbrush for

schematics for electrical,

piping, instrument, HVAC and mechanical, pneumatic; also access

vendor drawings.

Selected for Entergy HVAC Peer Review Team to review design process for

HVAC modifications at River Bend Power Station, Baton Rouge, LA.

Co-wrote EPRI Guidelines for Preventive Maintenance of HVAC fans and

dampers.

Set up preventive maintenance programs.
