Collaboration and Content Management Solution (BIC In ternational,

2001-02) Assisted project manager, working with a team of business

and technology directors positioned in five continents responsible for

business requirements collection, application development, project

T raining (BIC North America, 1999-2002) throughout entire project

J DEdwards EnterpriseOne). Negotiated and managed production of

work on $250K contract with third-party t raining solution provider.

t u rnaround downtown century-old parish through a modified ministry

p hilosophy to improve services to targeted populations. Restored

appealing decisions by managed care representatives over the

u tilization of their health plan benefits. Provided accountability to

S tate Insurance Commissioner and monitored cases as part of company
