. Led the Electrical Sustaining Engineering Dept while in a fast-paced
startup environment - recruited staff, managed projects, defined and
implemented policies and processes, set up labs, and trained
personnel.
o Tracked field failure rates, identified problem areas, and
tracked customer complaints to present to upper management,
producing increased customer satisfaction, reduced response
times, and fewer field returns.
. Improved overall development process by working with Engineering,
Quality, Manufacturing, Software, Product Design and Marketing to
establish metrics and phase gating conditions and monitor
improvements.
