Human Resources Manager
. Responsible for the staffing, retention, HR policies and procedures,
regulatory compliance, management training, disciplinary actions,
terminations, and employee relations for 180 employees. Supervise
staff.
1. Develop Human Resources Department from ground-up (company's first
ever Human Resources Manager).
2. Design and implement the hiring process, orientation and training
programs as well as the new handbook and performance evaluations.
3. Analyze wage surveys as well as implement wage scales and job
descriptions
4. Analyze turnover and exit interviews, provide metrics and programs
that focus on improving turnover, including hiring more skilled
workers at the beginning stage of employment (by providing testing).

. Oversaw staffing, employee relations, and regulatory compliance for
two local facilities as well as four satellite warehouses throughout
the United States. Implemented and/or revised all Human Resource
systems, policies and procedures including employment, training and
