. Project Description: The new San Francisco General

Hospital will have 284 beds, 14 operating rooms,

and provide the only Level-1 trauma care in the

city. The 448,000 sq ft steel moment frame

structure will have two levels below grade and

eight levels above grade including a mechanical

penthouse. Ties to the existing hospital will be

made by means of a tunnel at the B1 level and a

bridge at the 2nd floor.

. Responsibilities: Process Owner Change Orders /

Work Release Letter (WRLs). Track allowances,

budgets, and Purchase Orders. Manage Cost Meeting

with Ownership. Manage Force Account System (Time

& Materials); ensuring that the Project Management

team processes Tags and pricing in a timely

manner. Manage Project Labor both Salary (GC) and

Field hourly labor Costs.

. Responsibilities: Check Subcontractors

Submittals, Generate Soffit and slab Submittals,

and write RFIs. Schedule concrete, concrete pumps,

flat work Subcontractors, and manage placement

during pours. Track concrete quantities and cost.

May 2003 - July 2003 Layout Engineer (Webcor Concrete): San

Francisco, CA
