multitude of functions consistently work through a process of uncovering problems, analyzing plans of

requests for information from patients and physicians for integral components of patient medical records
and obtain releases to assist in completion of the referral process, coordinate with other members of the
medical records team to provide, analyze and re-file extreme volumes of 400-500+ medical records daily,
pull, file and analyze up to 400+ medical chards daily, confident in process of enforcing rules and
guidelines of HIPPA to meet requirements of medical regulation.
