Manage the construction process for assigned projects from
the initial due diligence period though grand opening.
Maintain cost detail reports, estimate projects, issue
contracts, approve contractor invoices, issue revisions to

Review project information such as soil tests, ALTA surveys,

DETAILED EXPERIENCE
2002-Present Development Manager, The Sembler Company, St Petersburg, FL
Serve as Client's primary point of contact with respect to
its project management process.
Upon approval of a site, prepare project specific and client
driven goals, schedules, budget and detailed assumptions.
Coordinate client and consulting team efforts during the
design implementation process including conceptual,
schematic, design development and construction documentation.
Coordinate any and all due diligence efforts, attend meetings
with government agencies-staff and local neighborhood
associations as to secure necessary support, approvals and/or
variance for each project.
Develop a detailed project budget based on site specific
conditions, market data and client's specific requirements.
Develop and maintain a master project schedule. Prepare RFP
needed for vendors and contractor services. Review and
