Objective: To obtain a position as Project Manager or Coordinator, Owners

Representative, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or related

position utilizing my 30 years experience, skills, and expertise in project

and maintenance management.

Work History and Experience:

County of Lincoln, Newport, OR 1998 to

Sept., 2010

County Government.

Position: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Project Manager

Reports to Director of Public Works

Experience:

Oversight of structures and grounds owned and leased for county business

including 44 facilities / spaces equaling 276,000 Sq. Ft. Facilities

include courthouse, jail, clinics and office space.

Supervise all maintenance functions involving preventive maintenance,

replacement and repairs.

Schedule and coordinate work with internal and external customers.

Assure department safety and regulation compliance.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee implementation of facility projects including

remodels, improvements and new construction. Familiar with State of Oregon

BOLI requirements.

Consult with Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Systems

Integrators, Contractors, Equipment Manufacturers and internal personnel to

plan, design and implement projects to install new or replace existing

equipment or systems to maintain / improve existing operations and

facilities.

Skills:

Ability to interpret reports, change orders, materials/cost accounting,

construction reviews, progress reports, subcontractor / vendor management

and administer employee relations.

Budget development and implementation for department labor, materials,

supplies and services.

Work scheduling, personal interactive capabilities, ability to work under

minimal supervision, self starter.

Communicate and work with quality assurance and technical experts, official

authorities and construction supervisory representatives.

Oversee standardized contracts and construction activities and change

orders to assure quality standards on projects.

Reasoning Ability:

Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram

form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.

Administer project management for equipment replacement and system

Coordinate Co-generation facility with production facility for optimum
