arrested, for the Vice and Narcotics Division of the Fort Wayne Police

Department.

. Developed and implemented in Microsoft Publisher a 300-plus page

Training Manual which includes standard operating procedure for

investigations and arrests, how to prepare cases, samples of all

office and Police Department forms, and office policy.

. Developed and implemented office procedure for preparation of reports

for the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division that

allowed Detectives to sign in tapes to be transcribed so fairness of

transcription could be achieved.

. Using Excel, created previously pre-printed forms into format that

could be used to prepare invoices on the computer rather than

typewriter.

Duties included being the Division Dispatcher and answering multi-line

phone system, transcription of reports and preparation of cases to be sent

to the Prosecuting Attorney, maintenance of databases in Excel and Access

of Division statistics and monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Only

secretarial/clerical support for 33 Narcotics Detectives.

Duties included being the Division Dispatcher and answering multi-line

phone system, preparation of letters and memos to staff and to financial

supporters of the Center, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and

payroll.

Data Entry May 1995 to March 1999

Duties were to enter special codes into the computer system for unreadable

or specially coded U.S. mail.
