arrested, for the Vice and Narcotics Division of the Fort Wayne Police
Department.
. Developed and implemented in Microsoft Publisher a 300-plus page
Training Manual which includes standard operating procedure for

office and Police Department forms, and office policy.
. Developed and implemented office procedure for preparation of reports
