I worked within a team environment to carry out a full range of municipal

functions. Customer service representative, Secretary of the Planning and

Zoning Committee, Assisted City Clerk with management of various municipal

tax accounts, CDBG and SPLOST accounts. I Assisted the Senior Building

Inspector with issuing building permits, inspecting commercial and

residential construction sites, submitting alcoholic beverage and liquor

applications to the City Council for approval, aided with annual review of

such licenses and commercial construction sites as necessary. As a

department head of the Water Department, I was responsible for 4-5

employees within the water billing department. Performed daily uploads and

downloads of the account information from handheld meter reading devices

into a database that calculated and exported into a billing software,

responsible for purchase of all meters and necessary instruments and tools,

vehicle maintenance of up to 5 vehicles in the City fleet and performed

EFT/ACH functions for the billing department. As Systems Administrator, I

maintained all computer systems and equipment of 4 city departments; 2 of

which were small peer to peer networks. I aided in the conversion of two

department token ring networks in 1999 to the MS Server based networks

during and after Y2K.
