overview
Following completion of Le Cordon Bleu Program at the California
School of Culinary Arts, my objective is to obtain a position as
a Sous Chef, Cook or Line Cook which will provide new grounds for
challenge and permit full utilization of abilities, skills,
experience, and certifications. Bringing a broad range of skills
in leadership, teamwork, multi-tasking and analytical thinking
with reference to the planning, preparation, and serving of meals
for different events and currently for approximately 140
