I have many skills and experiences in a broad spectrum of industries, as
you can see from the variety of positions that I have held over the past
20+ years. This has prepared me to be able to succeed in many different
opportunities. I am seeking a full time professional position in my local
community in order to work closer to home and to make a difference for the

Professional Experience

April 2004 - Present
Serve as Real Estate Consultant to qualified potential home buyers and
sellers. Customize marketing plans for each specific client and manage
advertising. Track and report all marketing efforts. Orchestrate daily lead
generation to leverage sphere of influence and referrals. Responsible for
all administrative roles including legal paper work, open houses,
presentations of homes, photography and signage. Strong, effective and
thorough communication with Title & Mortgage Officers, Inspectors,
Appraisers, Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Builders and Support staff to
ensure the transaction moves smoothly to closing.
Application Design Group, Inc., Contracted to KMCIS - Telecommuting
March 2008 - June 2009
While under employment with ADG, I was contracted to KMCIS to support a
large web-based software package called CaseAware, which is used by law
firms and title companies to manage their case load for bankruptcies and
repossessed properties. My responsibilities included resolving technical
and functional issues/questions reported by users from over 40 law firms
and title companies across the country; and supporting users with their
interface with outside vendors such as Vendorscape, Lenstar, NewInvoice and
iClear. Additional responsibilities included: testing upgrades and
changes to the system prior to production deployment; training users on
setting up their system for integrating with the outside vendors; and
creating templates used by CaseAware users to automate the creation of
various legal forms/documents to leverage the data stored in the system.
BJC HealthCare - Independent Contractor - Telecommuting
March 2003 - June 2009
As an Independent contractor for BJC's Risk Management department, I
automated the creation and distribution of hundreds of different Risk
Management reports for hundreds of managers at eight different locations.
I also worked on several other tasks to support the reporting process which
required the use of Crystal Reports, SQL, Stored Procedures, Visual Basic
and MS Access.
Home Town Living, LLC - Property Manager
May 2004 - July 2007
Managed 28 rental units in Marissa, IL. Responsibilities included:
marketing the property; interviewing and validating (credit checks on)
prospective tenants; prepare correspondence, lease contracts and lease
terminations; collections; initiate and coordinate legal action on behalf
of the owners on lease violations for bad debt and to regain access to
units; and resolved misunderstandings, which developed at all levels of
interaction concerning the properties.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Clayton, MO - Senior Software Engineer
January 1997 - March 2003
As an employee of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, my responsibilities included all
tasks involved in the full Software Development lifecycle, including:
project lead, application and database design, gathering and documenting
requirements, software development, testing, deployment, and Tier 2
support. Other responsibilities included analyzing current applications
for troubleshooting issues and making recommendations and implementing
changes/enhancements to fix defects and meet changing business needs.
Accomplishments included:
. Lead analyst and developer for the Germany PC Bill conversion project.
The project imported existing data in a MS Access database to a SQL
database. It also imported daily invoices and AR downloads into the SQL
database and shifted the bulk of data manipulation to the server to
enhance the application's performance. I created stored procedures to
run on the SQL server instead of applications. The project involved the
use of DTS (Data Transformation Services) and Stored Procedures.
. Lead analyst and developer for the PC side of the Unconstrained Demand
project. The project transferred a file from the AS400 to our central
server then imported the data to a SQL database. Development was
performed using RPGLE, CL, FTP, Windows NT Shell Scripts and SQL BCP
command.
. Lead developer for the TPA project. The project accessed a Third Party
Vender's server to pull and push text files to our central server. This
project was developed on the AS400 using CL, FTP and PKZip400.
. Assumed duties for Project Manager while PM was on medical leave for six
weeks.

I was solely responsible for the administration of over 500 registered
representatives and trainees for a full service brokerage firm. Using MS
Access, I designed and modified reports used by various levels of
management for analysis purposes. I obtained the Series 7 & 63 Licenses
(Investment Broker Licenses).

ACTIVITIES AND INTEREST
Director of Operation Hope - 4 years. Operation Hope is a community
outreach ministry that provides Christmas gifts to underprivileged children
in the Monroe County and surrounding areas. In 2008, the ministry, working
with the community residents and businesses to provide gifts to over 400
children using a budget of less than $6,000.00.
Cub Scout Leader - 3 years. I organized various activities and trainings
in order for scouts to advance to their next rank.
Boy Scout Popcorn Kernel - 5 years. I coordinated the Cub Scout Pack and
Boy Scout Troop 323 popcorn fund raisers. The range of gross annual sales
for this fund raiser ranged from $10,000 to over $23,000 per year.
