Provide clients with assistance in underground storage tank management,
site assessments and reclamation, project oversight, litigation support,
and regulatory analysis. Assist clients in negotiating settlements
regarding complex regulatory issues with the New Mexico Environment
Department. Plan and manage to successful completion complex environmental
restoration projects. Worked with the Endangered Species Act, National
Historic Preservation Act, and NEPA studies. Also perform phase I
environmental assessments and Construction Progress Monitoring inspections.

Collection, Data Management, Public Outreach and Inspection Program.

legislation and regulations. Testified at hearings. Coordinated all

and implemented field citation program. Developed inspection forms and
