Perform professional level human resources activities in functions such as
employment, compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, employee
relations, and entering the data in the HRIS. I coordinated orientations
and exit interviews with employees. I assisted in the new employee
orientation providing new employees with information regarding Gulfstream
and their new position. Provide counseling and/or advice to employees
relating to sensitive employee issues and performance concerns. I
maintained a $1,600,000 budget for one department. Keep confidential
records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan,
personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance
