I secured a contract to raise substantial funds for our
High School Marching Band. I coordinate all
staffing, for major concerts, from a pool of 300+ people.
Do all recruiting, training and book keeping.
The concerts have up to 12,500 customers and I am
responsible for up to 4 beer, wine and food
concessions at these events where sales have been in excess
of $22,000//night. I am responsible for
staffing and training of these concessions, making sure
start inventory and cash banks are correct, and
making sure all paper work is completed during and after
concerts. I am responsible for end inventory
and cash. After the concerts I am responsible for payments
for workers on several different payment
levels.
