Assist photographers while on photo shoots by collecting order

forms, organizing sports teams, preparing children for the

photographer and generally insuring an efficient and smooth

shoot. Also assist at the sales table during shoots answering

customer questions, up-selling pre-order sales, directing

customers to the correct camera.

Check-in school and sports shoots for quality assurance. Process

Designed creative strategies and overall design for consumer web

presence on MCI.com, ensuring maximum usability and customer

satisfaction. Worked with design firm and IT through several site

redesigns, all of which were validated using qualitative and

quantitative user testing. Launched cross-company marketing

campaign to provide MCI residential service at a discount to the

employees of MCI business accounts. This included developing

unique online sales flow, branding the project and creation of

all online marketing collateral. Determined creative strategy for

sweepstakes to increase bill payment conversion from direct remit
