shoot. Also assist at the sales table during shoots answering

As a volunteer for the RichmondMommies.com online community,
responsibilities included promoting the site and recruiting new
members via MySpace, Craigslist, ClubMom and other online sites.

current members, creating and executing communication plans for
membership events and acting as on-air personality for the Monday
Morning Moms segment on Mix 103.7 FM each Monday morning.

Designed creative strategies and overall design for consumer web
presence on MCI.com, ensuring maximum usability and customer
satisfaction. Worked with design firm and IT through several site
redesigns, all of which were validated using qualitative and
quantitative user testing. Launched cross-company marketing
campaign to provide MCI residential service at a discount to the
employees of MCI business accounts. This included developing
unique online sales flow, branding the project and creation of
all online marketing collateral. Determined creative strategy for
online and offline marketing materials for ad-hoc
projects. Conceptualized new marketing programs, contests and
sweepstakes to increase bill payment conversion from direct remit
to automatic credit card billing. This effort resulted in an
annual savings of $2M.

trinkets and top-down management endorsement. Expanded site
