Duties and responsibilities as a tournament caddy included all concierge services like game supplies, food and
drink services, and facilitating any special requests or needs. Post tournament cleaning included collecting and
removing all trash from the event room and making sure all bridge game related items were accounted for and
returned to the event coordinator.

Sales Training Program for Kirby Vacuum Systems which included educational sales training, working
knowledge of all Kirby systems, parts, and their functions. Earned the skills in training to do "how to"
demonstrations to potential customers for sales. Placed phone calls to generate potential sales and pursued
leads from the team. Also, made follow up calls to customers that purchased vacuum systems to verify their
satisfaction and ask for referrals.

Embroidery Assistant - Custom Threads Embroidery, Reno, NV
Responsible for staging inventory for mass production embroidery and screen printing jobs to large customers,
like Multiple Sclerosis and St. Mary's. Staging included preparing threads, bobbins, and sorting the wearables
and advertising specialty items by size and color. Assisted with the finishing tasks of removing backings,
trimming threads, spray finish technique if necessary, and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shipping preparation included sorting and folding items by sizes, usually in quantities of a dozen, and then
properly boxing, taping, and labeling for accurate delivery.
