I am a customer service-oriented professional, seeking to utilize my

organizational, technical, and social skills in a new environment that is

beneficial to others, challenging, and personally rewarding.

Education:

Harker Heights High School, Harker Heights, TX - Graduated June 2007.

Served as the school's Junior Classical League president, and attended a

technical day-school (below).

Career and Technology Education Center, Killeen, TX - Graduated in the

field of Graphic Communications in 2007. While there, I served as our

chapter's SkillsUSA president, where my team and I took our final projects

and graphic portfolios to state competition.

Employment:

SuperTarget Vista Ridge, Lewisville, TX - 2007 to present. I was hired

initially as a cashier and made my way up to my current position as our

Photo Lab Specialist. In the lab, my tasks include developing film and

printing photos; keeping a strict organization of tools, supplies,

communication, and completed orders; completing a weekly manual inventory;

troubleshooting mechanical errors; walking guests through the digital image

editing process; keeping open communication between my team, store

managers, and guests. As part of the Target photo team, it is also my duty

to give breaks and lunches to the Guest Service team members, which

consists of handling returns and exchanges; packaging hazardous materials

and defectives; handling large sums of money; and keeping strict

confidentiality between myself and guests.

Type 70 WPM

Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint

Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Very tech-savvy and can navigate through most software

Highly pride myself on strong organizational skills and grammatical

awareness
