ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maximize income, control expenditures and maintain financial objectives to
meet pre-determined budgetary goals. Responsible for overall daily
operations of the property including but not limited to; rent collections,
evections, marketing, unit and exterior inspections and capital
improvements. Recruit, supervise, train, motivate, develop and evaluate
associates. Lead team by example following written policies and
procedures. Ensure timely and accurate completion of forms, reports and
financial data for all aspects of the property as well as other assigned
duties and projects.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Thorough knowledge of Apartment Management and Fair Housing Laws with basic
knowledge of employment laws including hiring and termination. Strong
skills in financial statements, budgets and common accounting practices as
well as Onesite, Word, Excel, Publisher and Internet.
PERSONAL COMPENTENCIES:
Strong leadership and problem solving skills, ability to work independently
with minimal supervision, delegating projects effectively along with
excellent communication skills.
