condominiums. Managed ground up Medical Office Building plus four of the doctor office finish outs
in the building.
The Whiting turner contracting co. (Dallas, TX) Project Manager, 5/97 to 9/07
Managed all phases of ground up and renovation projects including a total of more than one million
sqft of warehouse facilities for GRAINGER, Frito Lay and Pepsi Cola; retail buildings for JCPenney,
process facilities and process installation for BAR S Foods, Coors Brewing Co., Frito Lay and Fresh
Express; as well as several varied finish out projects from basic office space to the artistic finish out
