To Whom It May Concern,
With the exception of the last three years, my entire working career has
been in food preparation and related services. Kansas City has been the
primary area for work with about five years in New York City.
I have owned and operated my own catering company. While executive chef of
a kitchen in New York City, the primary services involved cooking for
entertainers and their entourage (up to 250 covers).
The experience I have is in menu planning, scheduling, ordering, and
storage of food stuffs. I am a neat and organized individual, and have
developed a great eye for presentation.
Your opportunity sounds exciting and I eagerly await your reply.
Sincerely,
Jake Thompson
